What We Look For:

Flexible Generation - :Our ideal potential site is 0.5 to 1.5 acres either in an existing single storey building or open yard space. If indoors, an eaves height of more than 5 metres is preferable. We need proximity to the HV electrical grid, and medium pressure gas mains.

Battery Storage - Similar requirements to flexible generation but without the need for gas infrastructure.

Solar - We are looking for sites in excess of 50 acres ideally relatively secluded within the landscape.

We carry out desk top work in-house to initially review a site and will be able to establish very quickly whether a site is suitable, or not.

We can also supply electricity to onsite power users at a discount to commercial rates, or for new design and build sites, cover the cost of the electrical infrastructure provision for the whole site.

Lease Terms:

We offer competitive market rents on up to 40-year leases with upward only rent reviews on an FRI basis.

We take care of all grid connection and planning applications at our cost. We make a reasonable contribution to the landlords legal costs for negotiating the lease.

We will also return the site clear of all equipment but with the benefit of the electrical and gas connections (if desired) or return the site entirely to its original condition,.
